Venekai Teeth

Description

Edit: this is no longer accurate completely.

Finally showing how Venekai teeth work!

Acon is my test subject. heh.

Venekai are pretty much unconventional vampires. Blood is a major part of their diet, so they have specialized teeth to help them get the blood they need.

These teeth are retractable. They only come out at full length when they give a quick bite to inject paralyzing venom, or in a defensive way, like shown above.
Their venom will temporarily paralyze their victims and cause their hearts to pump more, but not to a dangerous amount. They need the creature alive for the blood! Once the creature is fully paralyzed, they then can feed. If they want the actual meat of the creature, they then can also kill it.

Besides their fangs, their teeth are human-shaped. No longer fangs on the bottom as it's not needed.

For the skull views, muscle isn't shown, but that's what pulls the fangs out.

The venom they have is sought after by doctors to help with various problems (will list them later). Same with the poison on their barbs at the back and tail.

Oh and in the rage view his sclera are black as well. The lack of blood does that, so he needs more. They can go bloodless though, but would need way more meat in its place. They just become weaker.

Must show a lot about them before I can start making them to sell!

So yes, they are a closed species.
